We are providing extra services that are making the price higher than if the user gets the visa or travel authorization by their own. From the moment the Client is applying in this website he is contracting and acknowing our help for processing their required documents
2. Terms of Service
When you visit evisamalaysiaonline.com, or send e-mails to us, you consent to communicating with us electronically and agree that all such communications (including agreements, notices, disclosure, etc.) satisfy all legal requirements to be in writing.
We will communicate with you by e-mail. If you do not respond to any communication related to the provision of the Service within two (2) working days, we will prepare the Service based on the information previously provided by you.

You can elect to discontinue all future correspondence from evisamalaysiaonline.com at any time by selecting the 'Remove Your Details' link in the Client Area of our Website. evisamalaysiaonline.com will not be responsible for any loss of data or immigration advice resulting from the Client selecting to unsubscribe their details.
Information Provided by the Client
evisamalaysiaonline.com will use and rely on information provided by the Client in the provision of the Service. evisamalaysiaonline.com will not independently verify or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of such information. Accordingly, the information provided by the Client must be correct, including date of birth, passport details and names, etc. If the information provided by the Client is not correct, the Service may not be accurate. The passport should be valid for, at least, 6 months after the entry of the Client into the country and if this is not possible the eTA or Visa will not be valid assuming the website is not liable and the Client is assuming the loss of the product purchase. If we get the order for a non valid passport, as the Visa or eTA is linked to it, the Visa or eTA will not be valid.
Any advice provided to you should not be used by any third party as each case varies depending on the particular circumstances of the applicant and the applicant's family. Such action will result in an immediate breach of our Copyright terms as set out above.
Provision of Service
Upon registering your interest, you are able to purchase a Service offered by us. Upon payment, we will endeavour to have the Service delivered to you within the time frame provided for in the Service description. However, in certain cases this may take longer, depending on the complexity of the Client's Profile.
Once the Service has been prepared, the Client will be notified and the Service will be emailed to the account nominated by the Client in the registration process. The Service to be provided to the Client may vary from time to time.
The Service also takes into account current and publicly available immigration legislation and policies. evisamalaysiaonline.com cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracy arising from changes to such legislation and policy which are not publicly available at the time the Service is provided or which may occur after the Service has been provided to the Client.
The Client is encouraged to seek additional guidance from one of our Migration Consultants and/or make independent enquiries before relying on the information provided as part of the Service. Once service has been provided and client received approved travel document, refund is no longer possible.

Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) or Visa Service ™
*Upon completing the eTA or Visa application form provided on evisamalaysiaonline.com, your request for an eTA or Visa will be submitted. The system used for issuing an eTA or Visa via this Website interfaces with and checks data from Malaysia Government systems. Your eTA or Visa grant is subject to approval from the Malaysia Government. In the majority of instances your eTA or Visa will be processed and granted within minutes. However, if any details have been entered incorrectly or are incomplete, your application may be delayed.
Depending on the nationality of the applicant, for receiving a granted eTA or Visa will be totally mandatory to provide required data. Prior to making payment for the eTA or Visa, you will have an opportunity to review all the details you have provided on your screen and make changes if necessary. If you have made an error, it is important that you correct it before proceeding. Once you have confirmed the details, you will be prompted to enter your credit card details for the non-refundable service charge. If you find out later that you have made a mistake, you can either make a new application or incur another service charge or submit a new eTA application yourself.
Please do not arrange any travel to your destination until you have received email notification that your eTA or Visa request has been approved by the Malaysia Government. evisamalaysiaonline.com takes no responsibility for changes to a client's travel plans due to eTA processing.
Additional Info Required
In all cases that our team believes additional info is required for the successfull processing of your order, we will send you an email asking for this info. We will keep your order open and awaiting for your info, but if this info is not been provided in 3 weeks we will have to close the order and unfortunately no cancellation or refund will be possible.
In some instances, an eTA or Visa applicant may receive a 'request' message from the Malaysia government. In this instance, you will be contacted by e-mail and will be required to provide additional information in order to proceed with your application. Please note that if any request for further details is made by evisamalaysiaonline.com, your eTA application will not be processed until the requested information is received.
In case there is any indication the payment has been made in a fraudulent way this website is having the right to freeze all the payments and don't make any refund till we get clear who did the payment and with which credit card. This is because the website is exposed to have some future issues with the real owner of the credit card if we keep going with the process like this.
