All users that have made their application through us can perfectly ask for a refund but depending on the status of the process will have one solution or another.
If you want to request a refund once your application has been submitted unfortunately it won't be possible to refund the Government fee, but you can absolutely apply to be considered for receiving a partial refund of the agency application $40 service fee.
Unfortunately if you have received your approved application, a refund will no longer be available.
The process from your side has already started even we don't receive your documents, but it will not be finished till we receive the required documents. If we don't receive them 3 days after the application has been received we can't guarantee the process of the visa. The refund will not be possible.
A refund request in the next 3 days after receiving the order and without having the required documents from you will make you have the $40 refund and will mean the closement of your order.
The full refund will be possible if the application has not been started to be processed and we get the request for the cancellation in the 3 next days.
From the moment you submit your application with us, it is understood that we will begin the application process within the respected timeframe.
If the travel flight date approaches and we didn't receive the required documents and the Malaysia Government can't process your visa due there are not the minimum 3 days to process it, we would be able only to do a partial refund.
